Biography
Yukiko Yoshizumi has been teaching Japanese courses in the Department of East Asian Studies since 2014. She earned her Ph.D in Linguistics at the University of Ottawa, and has extensive experience teaching Japanese and linguistics at Canadian institutions. She has also had numerous opportunities to teach and promote Japanese language and culture outside of the classroom to both Japanese language learners and teachers in several extracurricular workshops and public talks at the Japan Foundation, Toronto.
