Biography
Nan Wang is a PhD candidate in modern Chinese literature and culture. Her research interest lies in the intertwinement among history, literature, and eco-critics. Focusing on fantasies delineating the possibility of more-than-human co-existence, her working dissertation explores how literary imaginations respond to the unprecedented eco-crisis we are now facing. She is also a fiction writer, poet, and backyard organic farmer.
